client is a leading Medical provider of innovative bathroom and toilet associated
product solutions aimed at enhancing the independence and lifestyle of the
disabled, infirm and elderly community. They manufacture a wide range of
products and are the market leader in their field across the UK.
THE ROLE:
An
opportunity currently exists to join the team in the Midlands area of England.
The route to market is selling predominantly into the public sector areas of
local government, housing associations and other housing bodies as well
liaising heavily with main contractors, specialist integrators and installers. They
also sell into Nursing Homes, Care Homes and the NHS via Occupational
Therapists (OT’s). The role has an even split of developing relationships with
existing customers whilst proactively seeking new opportunities to drive the
regions success forward. The role is very autonomous where you will be
responsible for your own diary and delivery of a target.
YOU:
Industry
experience is not essential to this role however it is vital that you have
considerable experience in selling to either: NHS, Healthcare sector, OT’s, local
government, local authorities, housing authorities, housing associations or
other organisations that have direct influence on the daily lives of the target
market. Experience of dealing with contractors, design architects, or where a product
is specified is also desired.
Other
markets or products that would be similar could be; plumbing, heating,
mobility, stair lifts, sanitary ware, roofing, lighting, hoists, showers,
bathing, beds, kitchen, bathrooms, building products, insulation.
LOCATION: Covering an area
around the Midlands, candidates will be considered from: Birmingham,
Staffordshire, Nottingham, Leicester, Lincolnshire, Sheffield, Derbyshire,
Warwickshire, Stoke on Trent.
