Key Account Manager, Employee Benefits and Occupational Health, up to £50,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE. National role from a home base with ideal location being the Midlands. With brilliant branding and a host of FTSE 250 companies as existing clients this dynamic and growing business provide a wide range of occupational health services and flexible employee benefits. The role is managing a single major multi-million-pound key account with huge potential for growth. The account is a one of the largest group companies in the UK and whilst the solution is fully advocated by the main board, it has yet to be introduced to all divisions and group business units. Therefore, there is massive scope for growth and the role is a combination of both strategic account development and customer service enhancement.
Managing a wealth of stakeholders within the account from health and safety to HR you will be an adept networker that is a 'top notch' client relationship manager who is well presented, fluent, socially sophisticated and commercially strong.
This is a field based account development role where you will be tasked with doubling the account spend over three years by introducing new services and cross-selling through autonomous business units of the parent group.
This is a highly autonomous sales role that requires an individual with experience within either employee benefits or occupational health services.

* You will be expert at networking across 'C-Suite' decision makers as well as being able to gain the trust of facilitators and influencers
* Ideally a graduate, you will be intelligent, commercially strong with previous P&L understanding and the 'nous' to spot opportunities for account growth
