A leading people related consultancy, is looking for a Key Account Manager, to manage the delivery and development of its talent and assessment related products and services to a range of large corporate businesses.

Managing a portfolio of accounts spread across London and the South, the role is viewed as field based with occasional time needed from home and from their North Surrey office.

Reporting into a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager / Channel Lead, the role will be asked to maximise visibility, product offering, sales and profit on up to 20 key accounts, whilst simultaneously ensuring expert and timely delivery of the services are received by the client.

The business offers a range of services that are broadly speaking, in the people arena. Your key stakeholders will HR and Talent / Learning professionals aswell as sometimes Finance and Procurement in large global businesses, sometimes they may be internationally based.

The business has a great standing in its market and is a well-respected, successful business. This team is high profile, it’s a great place to be! To apply, you should be an accomplished account manager / sales professional who is used to working with large, blue chip, corporate businesses. You must be educated to degree level. The role could also be suitable for very experienced and credible recruitment consultants who have a long and established track record of developing deep relationships with corporate customers and meeting sales targets, working with HR and/or learning and development departments.

You should be able to work at pace, in a changing and dynamic environment. You should be a self-starter who is used to managing their own work load and diary. Flexible in your outlook to work, you must be able to attend meetings at client sites, whilst also being comfortable in working from home on occasion. At your heart you must be passionate about delivering great service, but also comfortable in delivering to targets and revenue expectations. You should be a confident and credible sales professional who thrives in a complex B2B solutions business.
