Description

-Develop repeat business
-Protect and grow existing revenue
-Provide excellent service
-Build relationship with market leading companies
-Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships with a portfolio of customers
-Develop a 'trusted advisor' relationship with customers
-Lead best practice across the business line in the pursuit of service excellence and maximising the customer life cycle

Profile

-Strong customer facing experience
-Driven and ambitious
-Experience in consultative sales
-Ability to plan and implement long term commercial agreements
-Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department and/or team
-knowledge of the construction industry would be an advantage
