Description

Key Account Manager Covering all regions such as the East Midlands

  • Use a relationship based sales approach to build entrenched relationships with customers and position AW as the customer's supplier of choice.
  • Manage the end to end sales process and develop new business relationships that align with the retail strategy and against set targets.
  • Retain existing and acquire new retail accounts
  • Where necessary negotiate on scope of work, service delivery and price etc. in order to overcome objections, secure agreement and close sales.

Profile

Key Account Manager Covering all regions such as the East Midlands

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in a commercial environment
  • Proven experience and success within a sales/business development role
  • Experience of identifying and developing business opportunities
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing principals
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Delivering professional presentations to large groups
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to think both strategically and analytically
  • Ability to adapt and challenge
  • Ability to work remotely and work using own initiative
  • Willingness to cover customers based over a large geographical area
  • An enthusiastic/motivated self-starter
  • Highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude

£35,000 - £45,000 + 25% Bonus
