Junior Account Manager - Communications sales
£27k Base, £40k OTE + benefits
Based Central London
We are a Global supplier of Communications products and services employing 10s of thousands of employees in over 50 countries. Due to recent growth, we are looking to employ a Junior Account Manager (JAM) within our Central London office.
The role entails you managing 3 of our existing Telco clients, managing their day-to-day requirements and creating opportunities to achieve your Sales and Business targets.You will manage overall client sales operations to ensure local plans are developed, opportunities are properly qualified, bid management procedure followed, deals closed and service transitions completed. You will be accountable for overall client service delivery and oversee enhanced client satisfaction. You will be tasked to develop client relationships throughout the business, across multiple levels, driving the sales effort in the field and be the primary point of interface responsible for client ownership, problem resolution and regular business reviews. We will also require you to develop a strong understanding of your Client's business, services and technology and ensure the needs of the client are matched to our solutions.
We are looking for a smart, tenacious and motivated Sales individual who is of Graduate Calibre with general sales experience in driving virtual teams to meet or exceed financial and business targets. Communications Industry experience would be ideal along with experience in Sales methodologies and Operations. Ideally you will have experience of coordinating multi disciplined Pre Sales and delivery teams and a breadth of experience dealing across internal business units to deliver clients needs. You must be able to present and be an effective communicator with excellent persuading, negotiating and influencing skills.
