THE COMPANY:

We are the market leader in our sector of consumer goods and wish to recruit an International Sales Manager/Export Sales Manager to manage our European or EEMEA specialist distributors and business development directly with key retailers and e-tailers working closely with in-market colleagues across our multi-national business.

As an International Sales Manager / Export Sales Manager (Europe or EMEA) your main area of focus will be to manage and grow existing Distributors and major Retailers in a number of international markets across continental Europe or the EEMEA region. We are looking for a passionate and experienced International Sales Manager/Export Sales Manager with a proven track record of growth ideally with multi-channel experience.

We are looking to double our turnover over the next 3 years and have invested in NPD and refocused our multi-channel offering and additional resources. This is an exciting and autonomous role with the individual retaining full responsibility for managing their international territory and reaching annually defined targets. The region will be defined to suit your experience or knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
* You will have extensive international sales experience across the European or EMEA region, and have a successful track record of working with major Retailers and Key Distributor’s in-country to develop successful sales strategies and growth.
* You will have worked within a branded consumer environment. Sectors of particular interest could include but not exclusively, consumables, stationery, art & craft, toys, gifts, luxury goods or greeting cards.
* A second European language would be desirable but is not essential.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: FMCG, Consumables, Arts & crafts, Stationery, non-food, Pet Care, Household goods, Office Products or Electrical.
