Elevation Sales are currently looking to speak to experienced International Sales Managers from an Engineering or Manufacturing background. Our client, who manufacture industrial products which are then supplied into the construction industry are currently looking to appoint a new International Sales Manager in their team to manage all direct customers as well as a network of distributors.
This role will cover the USA, Middle East and Far East and will therefore require a certain level of travel to succeed in the role. This is an integral part of the business as you will work closely with various departments including technical, manufacturing, estimating and finance to ensure that customers' expectations are met.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the International Sales strategy and will operate as the lead contact for all matters relating to International accounts. This will include identifying product development opportunities and marketing and PR activities.
The role will require that you deliver sales and technical training to customers and distributors as well as organising and co-ordinating installation training to customers and distributors as required.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience;
*A degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
*Previous experience of selling to direct customers and distributors is essential.
*Experience of selling to the overseas areas of Europe, USA, Middle East and Far East.
*Proven success in an international sales role with demonstrable examples.
*Ability to identify and develop new markets and distribution channels to generate new opportunities to grow sales.
*Being accountable for delivering sales budgets and developing strategic actions for long term growth.
*Experience of working in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment is essential
