Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Executive. Based Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. £28,000 Basic OTE £38,000 uncapped commission + Car + guaranteed commission for first three months. This is a superb internal sales role working for a local market leader with a reputation for staff development, training and career opportunities. The role is predominantly office based with occasional field visits and representing the company at exhibitions both in the UK and abroad.

Based from their HQ in Leighton Buzzard this is a sales and account development role which requires an individual that is confident in delivering new business, highly sales oriented, self-motivated but not aggressive. The company pride themselves on a 'fun' but 'get the job done' environment.

Previous industry experience is not required, however, the role requires a proven B2B sales professional and a natural networker that can expolit maximum opportunity from existing accounts. This opportunity will suit the type of individual excited at the prospect of a new challenge. Success will be rewarded both financially and with genuine career opportunities.

As a sales professional, you will work in a structured, methodical, planned account development way, perhaps having received formal sales training. For example, researchingexisting accounts and formulating an account development plan, identifying potential needs and decision-makers and then systematically developing the accounts utilising a myriad of techniques. This is therefore, an interesting and sometimes quite sophisticated sale that requires researching to create and manage a large pipeline to ensure that sales targets are met. It is not a 'numbers game' sales role but does require smart ways of new business development such as 'social selling' and networking through existing contacts.
