Internal Sales and Marketing Executive needed for our client, a market leading and innovative local company providing SaaS services to the Automotive Industry. They are looking to expand their growing and energetic team based in Holton Heath, Poole.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and energetic budding Sales Executive / Marketing Executive looking to take a step on the career ladder and join and successful local company. The role offers excellent career prospects with plenty of opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management tasks including maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Lead generation tasks including actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Discovering key decision makers in prospect accounts and source contact details through outbound calling
  • Conducting market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities
  • Pursuing new sales prospects to set up meetings
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services to potential clients
  • Quotation and proposal preparation support
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of successful media and marketing plans / campaigns
  • Supporting with the design of graphics / assets for marketing material
  • Co-ordinating marketing activities and monitoring the performance levels of campaigns being conducted
  • Updating website and social media sites and producing new and exciting content
  • Preparing documentation and presentations for new business meetings in advance
  • Completing competitor analysis to understand the company's price point and proposition and report back in a timely manner
  • Analysing business, product and brand performance to identify areas that need improvement
  • Handling complaints or objections
  • Collaborating with team to achieve results
  • Attending exhibitions and events

Key Skills / Experience:

  • You will be a driven, passionate sales person who is motivated by achieving targets and business growth
  • Some experience of customer service
  • B2B telephone based sales (telesales) experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • You will have a keen eye for sales opportunities with new and existing accounts and have the ability to make contact with potential new points of contact
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Experience of using Photoshop or any similar software systems would be desirable
  • Be a people person, having the capability to build long lasting relationships at all levels
  • Organised, articulate and ambitious
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience

Hours: 40 hours a week between 9.00am - 5.30pm
