Our client is one of the largest and oldest independent Builders Merchants in East Anglia. With thirteen diverse sites throughout Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, they are able to meet the needs of the professional builder and decorator, and those of their private customers.
Their Bury branch are now looking to appoint an ambitious and highly driven Internal Sales Executive to join them.
As Internal Telesales Executive, your main focus will be to cultivate long-term and prosperous relationships with their customers, fulfilling their orders correctly and in accordance with their Customer Charter.
Answering queries from both their existing and prospective customers, you will promote and expand the profitable operation of the branch by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and achieving excellent customer service at all times. Using your knowledge of the building sector, you will follow up on leads and contribute to achieving the company’s monthly and yearly financial business objectives which include establishing our client as the “Retailer of Choice” in its market.
They are looking for an individual who has good communication skills both internally and externally and who can work well with a number of suppliers. With a friendly yet professional telephone manner, you will have a strong customer focus and have a keen interest in developing your product knowledge.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 07:30 until 17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00 until 13:00.
