We are delighted to be working with a new manufacturing client based in the county town of Stafford. They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join their growing team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be target driven with an outstanding determination to overachieve any task at hand.
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for achieving customer service objectives, sales volumes and value objectives. To ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality of product and service delivery.
1. To comply with all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by your Manager.
2. To generate and qualify leads
3. To use your best endeavours to promote, protect, develop and extend the company’s business
4. To source and develop customer referrals
5. To efficiently schedule sales activity
6. To attend all meetings required by management including but not limited to monthly KPI’s set by your manager
7. To develop and promptly maintain the customer database
8. To plan and conduct direct marketing activities subject to company approval
9. To make sales calls to new and existing customers in accordance with agreed specific performance objectives
10. To negotiate with customers within set parameters subject to the companies approval
11. To develop sales proposals subject to the companies approval
12. To maintain sales activity records and log all quotes and follow ups by close of business each working day – updates to be given to the Manager where necessary
13.To prepare sales reports as instructed by management within time frames set
