So you have cut your teeth on the phones in the telesales environment and are now looking to kick on. Sticking in same old role, in saturated markets isn't your thing. You're looking to get into a new, exciting and growing market with an employer who invests in you, giving you all the expertise you need to not just get out into field sales, but actually do it well. The last thing you want is to be looking again in 3 months. IT is integral, it underpins everything we do as businesses in the modern world, but getting into this lucrative industry is tough, how many times have you seen the adverts requesting relevant experience? Here we have one, and our client's requirements are simple - they want a good attitude and an individual that is coachable with some telesales experience. They will teach you the rest and put your progression plan in place.

This role is the perfect combination of lead generation and sales support for the external sales team, helping you to learn how to do it, ready for your transition into the next position. You're selling into any SME size business, helping them to improve efficiency and profit through better IT and network solutions, or maybe how to back up their data in case of a loss or data breach (very topical area at the moment!). And so, no two conversations will be the same. The support, the infrastructure, it's all there - so by just coming in with a real desire to be successful and desire to earn, your career goals could actually be achieved. A place where you could use your skills in telesales or telemarketing so far but step up into a fully-fledged grown-up sales role.

Market leading portfolio of cloud and IT managed services and IT Solutions for SMEs, enabling them to provide the very best solution for IT, data and business continuity needs. Ultimately, the message is time and cost savings delivered through more efficient and productive IT infrastructure, management of this, and a better plan against instances that could cause data loss and put the business out of action (and losing money).


  • The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has 6-12 months + telesales or telemarketing experience, B2B or B2C.
  • Your foundation of skills will be backed by the business's significant investment in their people with a view to helping everyone to be a success.
  • It's important you buy into and wants to be part of this type of environment, not everyone is a team player.


  • The successful candidate will be given training, support and a structured progression plan through the business.
  • Rather than a sink-or-swim environment, you will be given the opportunity to learn the ropes, working with the sales team to start engaging with customers and booking meetings, with a view to progressing and going out on those meetings yourself when you are ready.
  • The key here is that the company are giving you all the tools to be successful, and build a successful career.

Locations: Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Sutton Coldfield, Warwick, West Bromwich.
