This award winning smart home security technology provider is looking for a bright and pro-active account manager to manage the company's resellers.
The ideal candidate should have a background in channel sales. You will need to have a pro-active approach to business, be a good communicator both written and on the phone as well as being strong at building relationships. An understanding of the technology is not a pre-requisite but an ability to understand and explain the products is important.
Role and Responsibilities - Build and maintain relationships with existing resellers - New reseller recruitment - Sales Support for Business Development team - Preparing, sending and following up on quotes - Supporting resellers with material and information required to help them market and sell their products - First line response to reseller enquiries - Working with resellers to ensure invoices are paid - Work with Logistics department to ensure orders are logged and shipped in a timely manner - Preparation of weekly sales reports - Work with Marketing department to prepare sales and marketing material e.g. presentations, POS - General admin support for the Sales Team
The Person - Ideally experience in a similar role - Proactive with a strong customer focused attitude - Ability to show initiative - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Good MS Office skills
