A growing company based in the East Midlands who focus on supplying a range of school uniforms to primary and secondary schools across the UK.
As the Internal Business Development Manager reporting in to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new business across the UK with an initial focus on primary schools. Although this role is 100% new business it will be highly relationship driven and my client is looking for someone who can build rapport and strong relationships within a phone based environment.
The Internal Business Development Manager role is office based but may include some travel if the need arises to meet with clients. The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
My client is looking for someone who has the drive and ability to secure new business, with strong relationship building skills, a strategic style and a 'think outside the box' approach. You will ideally have some experience of working on the phone in a sales environment; B2B sales experience would be highly beneficial.
