Internal Account Manager - Telecoms / Data

Location: West End (W1 - Walking distance from Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road underground stations)
Salary: Basic salary up to £25,000 + OTE / Commission £5K - £10K
Experience: Internal Sales / Account Management / Telecoms / IT
Role: Office based Telephone Account Management of existing customers.

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative London based telecommunication carrier, selling to the industry not to end users, focused on providing the very best service to their channel partners. The company is dynamic and has a leading portfolio of products such as SIP Trunks, hosted telephony products and data products. The company is a trusted supplier to over 1000 plus channel partners.

Due to continued success there is now a requirement for a Account Admin to join the team based in their Central London offices. In this key mixed and varied role, reporting into the Sales Director, the Account admin will proactively retain and develop their existing channel partner base and recruit new channel partners.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of one year's office based Account Management or similar experience. Ideally this experience will have been gained working for a Telecoms or IT company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be motivated, organised, hardworking and be able to work successfully within a targeted environment and meet key performance indicators. Strong listening and questioning skills are also essential, as is computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).

Responsibilities include:

*External relationships: responsible for a percentage of their channel partners and recruitment of new partners
*Internal relationships: provisioning, support and credit control departments
*Promote portfolio of products and service to existing customer base 70%
*Promote products and service to potential channel partners 30%
*Increase monthly revenue per customer
*Provide quotations and sales advice to channel partners
*Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular telephone and email communication.
*You may be required to spend some of your time attending trade shows and customer events
*You will effectively interact with other departments including provisioning, support and credit control. To assist in customer issues
*Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to the sale director, including sales, customer feedback, and competitor information
*Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell reward scheme to targets
