They have grown in recent years, both organically and through a number of HISTORIC acquisitions, and now offers over 30,000 resources through three distinct brand propositions.
They have two new opportunities to commence in April 2017 to join their growing Internal Account Management team.
Joining them as an Internal Account Manager, you will provide a 'one stop shop' solution, offering a full range of educational products and services within the education market place.
Through account management you must maximise business through effective telephone sales whilst ensuring continued focus on maintaining 100% customer satisfaction by the identification and understanding of our customers' business needs and objectives.
As an experienced Internal Account Manager, you will be comfortable closing business via the telephone / digitally and capable of explaining complex and unfamiliar situations effectively.
Excellent communication and verbal presentation skills are essential and you should have a good level of IT literacy and the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
