My client, an Automotive business, are looking for a Internal Account Executive - Leasing to join their exciting business.

Client Details

My client are an established car leasing business based in Bracknell. Working with a range of clients from SMEs to large global blue chip customers they offer a range of services including lease cars, fleet management and maintenance packages.

My client are looking for an ambitious and hungry candidate, you will have the autonomy to work on your own and part of a team. You will be provided with excellent training and support with the view to develop and progress through the business.

Description

Internal Account Executive - Leasing:

- To manage a portfolio of existing customers

- To meet sales targets

- Actively promote core products to maintain existing business

- To be able to sell and promote rental services to all customers

- Explore the winning of additional business from within your existing customer base

- To up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers

- To develop new relationships through referrals and lapsed customers

- Create and maintain successful contacts within your client-base

- Manage and handle annual rate negotiations

- Establish an effective contact cycle with all customers enabling each customer to be spoken too on a 4 weekly call cycle

- Have a full understanding of all procedures and processes, working towards enhancements, where necessary, for the benefit of both customer and my client

- Seek fleet management opportunities and report back during 1:1 reviews

- Be aware of market trends and competitor activity

- Develop a working relationship with colleagues in all departments across the business

- Maintain a professional manner at all times

- Suggest new strategies to improve performance

Profile

Internal Account Executive - Leasing:

- At least 1 years' experience in a sales environment - either internal sales or telesales

- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets

- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

- A consultative sales approach

- Ambitious, hungry and eager to develop a career

- Good telephone manner

- Happy to work from Bracknell on a daily basis

Job Offer

£25,500 per annum
