For their Head Office in Solihull (Birmingham, West Midlands) they are currently looking for a Business Relations Coordinator to provide sales and marketing support to an extremely busy Sales Team, with a primary role of generating new business (through cold to warm lead calling).

Responsibilities:
- Supporting and processing marketing activities
- Qualifying sales leads (estimate 80% of this will be cold calling)
- Handling some smaller customer accounts
- Producing sales information, quotations, reports etc

Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE Maths & English
- Minimum 2-3 years freight forwarding sales experience
- Strong administrative skill set
- Commercial awareness
- Strong, customer focused communication skills & experience
- Highly competent IT skills

You will be:
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing different tasks at the same time. Very socially-focused, meaning you are especially good at building and maintaining relationships. Warm. Empathic.
