Inside Sales Team Manager - Scientific Equipment - £30k-£35k + £4k OTE
The Role: Based from the office in Hertfordshire, the new Inside Sales Team Manager will be responsible for training and managing a team of 3 telesales people, who will be in turn selling capital equipment and consumables into laboratories, dealing with biotech companies, government labs and food & beverage manufacturers. Your team will be responsible for qualifying enquiries, direct selling to smaller accounts and lead generation for the field sales team. The team's role will be an even split between account management and new business development. Full product and ongoing training will be provided to get you upskilled with product knowledge and management skills.
