The role of inside sales executive will be to help promote and sell a range of high quality world renowned fitness classes to fitness professional. You will be the main point of contract for all incoming leads. This role although outbound will be working on very warm leads making the conversation ratios.
My client is a world leader fitness classes and instruction. They pride themselves on the quality of training they give there instructors and the science backed workouts they provide. Operating on global scale they are undisputed in there market standing and this is set to continue. They have exclusive endorsement from some of the world top sports brands and are constantly innovating there product to ensure they are ahead of the curve.
The role of Inside sales executive will be to speak with aspiring instructors to sell them the opportunity to become fully qualified in my clients courses. Your role will be to deal with a lot of warm in coming leads, communicating with these individuals in a proactive outbound manner and getting them signed up to the most relevant course. You will be measured on the amount of leads to speak to and the conversion rate you achieve. You will be tasked generating as much revenue for the business and trying to upsell as many customers as possible
The successful inside sales executive candidate will need to have prior sales gained in a B2B environment ideally in a telesales/inside sales role. B2C experience is also relevant if it has come from a gym or health and fitness background.
