The position involves daily contact with customers, both end users and channel partners. The inside sales account manager will need to handle a wide range of enquiries within a sales focused environment, prepare quotations, run various reports, liaise with other departments when necessary.
Identify, qualify and close new products through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
Generate and drive a sufficient pipeline of deals to ensure financial targets are met.
Strong phone presence, quickly able to establish report and build relationships.
Proven inside sales experience.
Experience working with sales force.
