An accommodation provider based in Central London are looking for a Hotel Senior Sales Executive to increase sales and reduce vacancies through partnering with third parties

Client Details

An established organisation that have been around for 75 years. They have a very interesting history and have more than doubled in size in terms of the amount of accommodation they provide. Their target market has also changed drastically as well as the quality of the accommodation they offer. They are keen to present themselves as affordable yet high quality with a charitable nature. The majority of their client base are students and newcomers to London. They have 13 large sites across Central London

We placed the line manager into this company in June and she is really enjoying herself and expanding the team already

Description

They key responsibilities of the Hotel Senior Sales Executive will be:

- Managing relationships with travel websites, schools and agencies to maximise sales and capitalise on all opportunities

- Build new business via exhibiting at student fairs, responding to incoming enquiries, giving tours to prospective agencies and schools

- Production of sales reports & analysis of sales figures for Trustees reports

- Tracking/reviewing occupancy reports, highlighting any concerns, key trends, areas to focus on

Profile

The successful Hotel Senior Sales Executive will be:

- Educated to degree level

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector

- Ideally you will have multi-site environment experience

- Able to demonstrate where they have developed sales strategies and improved sales figures

- Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
