To be successful at interview, you must be able to clearly demonstrate a proven track record of success in business to business sales, ideally in service or solution based sales and possibly from within the Utilities space. Your experience will ideally have seen you operating at a senior level, either being responsible for running a sales force or operating in a very senior, strategic business development/account management role.
You must have plenty of gravitas and credibility to interact with internal stakeholders and ultimately be very client facing. You will possess first class communication skills and be a very confident presenter.
Candidates coming from a strong sales background either working for a business to business Utilities provider or Energy would have a distinct advantage.
