Your basic salary will be between £20,000 and £22,000, but with uncapped commission, you will expect to take home between £30,000 and £40,000 in your first full year within this role.
Responsibilities revolve around the main goal of filling client’s vacancies. This is done through a manner of things including cold-calling candidates, writing and posting job adverts, following up candidate applications, and managing the interview process from start to finish. As well as sourcing candidates, the Recruitment Consultant is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, which involves booking and attending client meetings, attending networking events as well as cold calling new clients.
