Our client, the number one most socially engaged digital recruitment firm, are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join their London office with the opportunity to move to internationally in the future. The Digital market in Recruitment is different to the standard corporate style that other Recruitment markets adhere to. It is all about networking with the people who create the future of Digital Technology. The culture of our client’s business is built around their core value of fun. Their aim is to put the fun back into such a hard-working industry to get the best results from their entry-level Recruitment Consultants.

Package:  Base salary £20k, with an attractive uncapped commission structure. First year OTE can be more than £45k. There are also fantastic reward schemes, such as for meeting company target this year, everyone in the business is going on an all expenses paid trip to Vegas! Couldn’t ask for much more right?!

Responsibilities: Focus on the main goal of filling client’s vacancies. This is done through a wide range of daily tasks including cold-calling candidates, writing and posting job adverts, following up candidate applications, and managing the interview process from start to finish. As well as sourcing candidates, a Recruitment Consultant is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, which involves booking and attending client meetings, attending networking events as well as cold calling new clients.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious, competitive and driven
  • Either 2:1 graduate, 2nd jobber, or sales experience
  • Clean, long term work history (always worked e.g. paper round etc.)
  • Interest in the digital industry
  • Hardworking
