The Role: Your first month in the company will be a very comprehensive one-month induction that covers graduate sales training, learning about the finance sector and account management. Reporting into the Graduate Sales Manager you will contact SME level business to talking directly to directors and owners. Qualifying leads, generating new business and closing contracts will all be part of your daily duties as a Graduate Sales Consultant. Working towards daily KPI's you will need to be target driven, resilient and confident.
