The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant…

  • We are looking either for recent Graduates (2:2 or above) or 2nd jobbers with commercial/telephone-based sales experience, who genuinely feel that they have what it takes to make it as a top-flight Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
  • Previous sales experience is useful but not essential.
  • Confidence, motivation, resilience and ambition are all essential.
  • Competitive individuals with evidence of extracurricular activities / teams / societies.
