Experience and Skills:

1) Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1 year+ work experience in sales (internal or field-based), marketing, or customer service
  • Sales-minded nature, with a particular strength and comfort level in retaining and up-selling current business

2) Tech Savvy:

  • Must have a mastery of the internet with major sites and tools
  • Must pick up technological concepts quickly

3) Analytical Thinking:

  • Capable of methodically sorting through an issue and following through with Client Services or Support team to resolve
  • Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to interpret data and make recommendations to improve performance

4) Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must excel at explaining and simplifying complex concepts

5) A Winning Attitude:

  • Must be positive and enjoy helping clients understand advertising and technology-related issues
  • Must work with integrity and care for colleagues
