You have invested in your degree and decided at an early stage that languages are your forte and the you now want to use your intellect and this amazing skill. Well, our client wants to hear from you if you can German, to be part of their European sales team. The modern employee wants to be trained and have an employer that takes pride in ensuring their team are happy, well trained and motivated to do better because they feel empowered to do so. This, however, is an increasingly difficult task because in any one day you can't find the time from your day job to actually improve your skills. Now whilst there are always the determined individuals who will study at any time of the day the vast majority of us have busy lives to attend to and simply can't be bothered. In real terms, we want to be trained but trained on the employers time. Large companies have wised up to this issue by delivering a platform that will allow them to train in their dead parts of the day because the content is easy to consume and mobile. Our client now wants a fluent German speaking sales executive to join the team and help sell this dream to the DACH region.
JOB TITLE: German Speaking (Fluent) - Inside Sales Executive
PACKAGE: £30-40k base, 80K OTE, BUPA healthcare, dental, mobile

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Fluent German is necessary
You will need to demonstrate the credibility to sell to internal HR departments and change their way of thinking
A consultative sales process is key
They are looking for candidates with a new business mind-set who want to open doors and grow the DACH region, targeting SME business
Any experience of software/tech will, of course, be of interest *but is far from essential*
You'll be engaging with small and medium sized businesses in a new business capacity.
Supported by both strong marketing and a lead generation function.
