Established in 1967 we have built our reputation through exceeding expectations. We firmly believe that the Group’s success is generated from the people we employee across our Centres. Our group comprises of 23 Centres across the North West employing in excess of 750 employees. Our franchise partners include Toyota, Lexus, Peugeot, KIA, Nissan and Skoda as well as 2 Accident Repair Centres.

A unique and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to join the team to promote all aspects of the Lexus brand and its products. This is a challenging role in an environment that involves negotiation with suppliers and controlling high stock volume. We are seeking an innovative, dynamic manager who possesses energy and focus together with the drive and determination to exceed targets and excel customer service expectations. We pride ourselves in ensuring Complete Customer Satisfaction to all our customers. 

About You:

You must be able to demonstrate considerable expertise in both areas of Sales and After-sales management. You will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will have a proven track record in generating success and implementing ideas to ensure the smooth and successful running of the dealership. 

Candidates must possess excellent commercial awareness, communication skills and have the flair to drive the business forward. You will join a team that is supportive and has customer focus at the centre of their minds. 

This is an extremely rare career opportunity and one that will enable the successful candidate to achieve considerable personal success. 

Excellent remuneration package is available, fully expensed Company car, family healthcare plan, pension scheme, 32 days holiday per annum including Bank Holidays, increasing to 38 with length of service, plus many other benefits as expected of a large and successful operation within the retail motor industry.
