Working in the Commercial Activation Team you'll leverage their strengths within the channel and ensure that they have all the activation levers ticked (NPD launch excellence, promotional activation & optimisation, tactical promos) to deliver their commercial plans.
Key Responsibilities and KPIs
Leading the in-year course correction and gap filling process of the business plan.
Tracking key performance metrics, identifying key issues and facilitating the solutions.
Key Competencies and Skills
The ideal candidate might be an FMCG NAM, coming from a National Account Manager sales background, or possibly customer development, commercial development, category management, trade marketing or commercial activation.
