: As a Field Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of 4 Business Development Managers. Leading from the front, this role will require you do demonstrate best practice, develop a dynamic team culture and ensure revenue and profitability targets are delivered. THE PERSON:
With a mixture of personalities in the team, this role will require you to adapt your style to get the best from the team. To be successful you will need to be able to set ambitious targets and help the team develop strategies for meeting them. Product experience isn't required, but strong people management skills are essential. THE COMPANY

- Basic: £32,000 - £40,000
