Basic salary £16k - £18k plus commission OTE £45k.

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager a vacancy has arisen for a sales high achiever to join our company in the key role of Field Sales Manager in the Middlesex area. Preferably from a direct sales or charity fundraising background, the ideal candidate will have experience leading sales teams that operate residentially canvassing homes.

The team works in the local area and generates support for our client who is a very well known charity helping terminally ill children, size of the team will range from two to three members up to ten. Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and inspiring their sales team, training and coaching for success and creating a structured and organised work environment whilst adhering to company policy and procedures. This is a great opportunity to make a big impact on our growing company and join the ranks of company management.
