Due to growth within the business, our client is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team and cover the South of the UK!
As the Field Sales Manager, reporting in to the Sales Director and working from their head office once a week; you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Regional Account Managers. Your role with consist of 80% people management and 20% account management. Focusing predominantly on the education sector, you will need to lead, coach and motivate your team in order to maximise all opportunities and deliver growth across a geographical area. Alongside managing your team and ensuring all KPI's and targets are hit, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of larger accounts.
