Field Sales Manager/Sales Director - Foodservice - Basic Salary - £35,000-£40,000

BLUE CHIP COMPANY: The food service industry is a rapidly growing market across the UK and this business is reflecting this with a drive to attract successful sales professionals to join an ambitious and progressive team. Our client provides an extensive range of catering equipment and disposables into the foodservice marketplace.

THE ROLE: Your role will be to implement sales strategy across the Free trade sector working in conjunction with a successful National Account team to achieve your set budgets. You will be responsible for initiating sales strategy, achieving budget and profit targets, retaining business within your sector and ensuring Business Managers and telesales have the tools and skills to implement your strategy. Your team will be dealing with a wide range of HORECA clients and managing a well established portfolio of existing accounts.

The successful candidate will have significant management experience from within the Free trade sector and is likely to have managed as a line manager. Our client would be interested to hear from candidates with experience from within the Drinks, Food and Non-Food sectors who are tenacious with an articulate demeanour and exceptional relationship building skills. It is also key that you have a strategic and structured approach and can demonstrate where your team has increased revenue and profitability.

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
• Commission/Bonus - OTE £10,000-£15,000
