Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years' minimum sales experience, ideally within the food sector, is needed for our client, a leading UK-based continental food importer and distributor based in Surrey. They are now recognised as one of the leading brands of premium and innovative continental foods and ingredients across Europe. They distribute their products in the UK and Ireland from their new state of the art warehouse facility of 40,000sq ft, and across Europe through their distribution network.
They are looking for a Field Sales Executive to help develop the business. You will be identifying business potential and developing professional relationships with clients through personal visits. Time split between new business and account management activities will be approximately 80% new business and 20% existing business.
Reporting to the MD, your target customers are food distributors (group, primary/independent or secondary), pizza wholesalers, fruit & vegetable suppliers, meat wholesalers, Cash & Carries , contract caterers, Food Manufacturers, sandwich manufacturers, pizza suppliers, bakery manufacturers, restaurants - chains or independents.
