Job Title: Business Development Manager (Field Sales)/Account Director
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Basic, £40K to £45K OTE (Yr1), £45K to £70K OTE (Yr2), £70K to £90K OTE (Yr3)

Our business development strategy is focused on delivering a great experience to our potential customers before we attempt to sell to them. The EasyWeb marketing team are constantly arranging webinars, workshops and networking events (2-3 per week). We also operate a consistent content marketing strategy that sees us publishing content to the internet and social media. Both of these strategies sees us produce lots of high quality leads every week from HR professionals / In-house recruiters who are fans of EasyWeb. This role focuses on developing business largely within this community of delegates and people known to us, meeting with them and detailing how our services might be suitable for them. In addition, the role of the Business Development Manager is to approach companies who haven’t used our services before, self generate new business meetings, build a rapport, conduct an in depth needs analysis and sell our services. This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys meeting new people, networking and winning new business.
Our aim is to be a recruitment partner to our client’s rather than just another supplier. To this mind we offer a full range of services from online recruitment advertising, recruitment software (Applicant Tracking System), recruitment agency, training and employee engagement. You will look to manage each prospect through the sales cycle and once a new client is won, you will continue to own the relationship, account manage and up sell, but also work on bringing through more new clients. We are very successful in maintaining client relationships so all our current sales team are seeing their earnings grow year on year, as they build their client base.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a good track record of selling in a B2B environment. You will be a new business hunter who excels at account management and building long lasting business relationships. You will have had experience selling recruitment, online recruitment or software services, you will be selling a service that requires a consultative approach and be used to working in a client facing sales role. You will need to be confident, intelligent, highly motivated, results driven and able to build rapport with people both over the telephone and face to face.
