The UK’s leading, a multi-award winning IT Service Provider.

This is a full time graduate role based in Northwich. The starting salary is £20,000 + £44K uncapped OTE.

How can you expect to spend your day?

The company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional working within the IT (channel) marketplace to join their sales team, reporting directly to our Sales Manager. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining & further developing customer relationships whilst growing large accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Cold Calling to new and existing customers

2. Pro-actively develop new business relationships & maintain existing ones with resellers & distributors

3. Ownership and accountability for the day-to-day running and business development of key accounts

4. Work pro-actively with a Can do attitude to identify new business opportunities

5. Improve the handling of key accounts to increase the efficiency & effectiveness of the service we offer

6. 6.To achieve & exceed, monthly sales targets using all sales tools i.e. phone, mailshots, meetings etc.

7. Be flexible, the role will include early starts and overnight stays on occasions

8. Collate, summarise and accurately report key management account information on a monthly basis

What are the ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a successful and relevant IT sales background, able to hit the ground running using their existing IT channel relationships.

1. Minimum 2 years successful business development / field sales background – proof of success will be required and references taken.

2. IT Literate with knowledge of IT & Networking (ideally including vendors such as Cisco & Microsoft)

3. Immaculately presented, Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner and customer facing ability

4. Must be driven, enthusiastic, motivated, tenacious and pro-active with a high work rate and determination to succeed

5. Full UK driving license
