They have an opening for an experienced sales and lettings negotiator, with at least 1 year's past experience in the industry, energetic and motivated.
The role primarily involves: - Meeting, greeting and registering new applicants - Conducting viewings - Negotiating sales and lettings deals - Appraising properties and winning new business
Secondary activities will be in supporting the property management team: - Compiling inventories - Inspecting properties - Completing tenant move in procedures - Plus other lettings administration when required
The salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, with a basic of £14,000-£17,000 plus commission, giving a package with an OTE in the region of £20k-£30k depending on your sales pipeline and success in generating new business. It's not capped so the more you do the more you'll earn. The working hours will be 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in three (10am-2pm), where you would have half a day off on Wednesday in return.
Progression to office manager is the target for the ideal candidate, with training and development available if required too.
The ideal candidate will have the following: - At least 1 year prior experience in sales or lettings - GCSE English and maths - Full UK drivers licence
