We are recruiting a European Dealer Development Manager to join a leading automotive manufacturer. The European Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for the sales & aftersales performance and process development across the dealer network in order to improve customer retention and network profitability. This exciting management role will face into senior managers and Directors and will shape the success and performance of the dealer network across Europe.
Lead and motivate a team of managers who focus on European dealer network sales and dealer performance
Review, develop, communicate and implement processes for both sales and aftersales operations
Regularly review and analyse network financial composite data and identify areas of improvement across the network
Develop and implement training tools and systems for use across the European network by dealers and Area Managers
Present to senior Management and Directors and the business throughout the year including successes, challenges and new programmes and initiatives across the network
Review competitor activity and revise processes based on customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement of customer engagement
This opportunity will provide a truly exciting challenge for an automotive professional with experience in managing and influencing the performance of dealer network.
This role requires strong financial ability to read and analyse composite data and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent people and process management skills are essential and the ability to influence at senior level
You will come from either manufacturer or potentially a senior management role with a large dealer group.
This role requires European travel on a monthly basis.
