Estate Agents Branch Manager - Sunningdale, Berkshire
OTE £52,000 (Basic £33,000) including car allowance
Our client is a leading independent estate agency with great a great opportunity in Sunningdale. They are renowned for offering exceptionally high standards of service.

The successful Branch Manager will have an opportunity to be part of a wonderful and productive small team. In this role you will work as the leader of a small team. You will need to keep good quality records. This is a leadership and sales role therefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated. You must have a proven track record of being a good listener.
The successful Branch manager will plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet office targets for retention, growth and profitability. You will manage and motivate staff, recruit, train and develop staff according to company policies and employment law and ensure HR procedures are followed.
You will plan, forecast and report on sales according to company requirements and Implement marketing activities. You will maximise sales, customer satisfaction while managing costs and overheads.
The successful candidate will be self-driven and results orientated, and have a clear focus on driving revenues. You must be an excellent sales person, who can sell both face-to-face and over the telephone. You must also have the management skills to drive your team to deliver the same. The candidate must have a clean driving licence and be able to communicate with people at all levels, both within and outside the company. The candidate must have great written communication skills and be a competent writer of business letters, proposals and sales particulars.
It will be of great interest if the applicant has a good knowledge of the Sunningdale area.
