Recognized by Gartner as one of the most highly configurable mobile selling platforms used on a global scale, their software is deployed on six continents in over 50 countries in more than 25 languages. Its solutions are used by sales reps and managers in many of the world's top life sciences and consumer goods companies.

They are currently seeking an experienced account manager with a background in Enterprise SAAS SFA solution sales, ideally in the FMGG / CPG sector. The Enterprise account manager is responsible for managing the business relationships with the organization's key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic account plans to maximise sales opportunities in Key accounts
  • Drive upsell opportunities
  • Cross sell other complementary technologies including image recognition, data warehousing and retail data analytics
  • Develop a contact strategy for building relationships with decision makers and outline revenue targets for each product for the company to sell to the account
  • Develop process strategies and methodologies
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients by maximising engagement
  • Understand business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
  • Ensure customers are full able to leverage the company to meet their performance and operational goals
  • Liaise with marketing and service delivery teams to coordinate programs to build business with key customers
  • Provide insight to marketing to aid in the development of marketing communication materials
  • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for client needs
  • Post implementation, work with technical support teams to ensure that the highest standards are maintained. Escalate where necessary

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of FMCG Industry
  • Technical background in SAAS
  • 1st class client presentations
  • Ability to deliver software demonstrations
