They now have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Relationship Manager to join them where you will work as part of the SFA Contracts. Working within the South Lincolnshire region (Spalding/Boston) you will engage with employers and Stakeholders to sell the full company's proposition. This is a permanent full time position.
As an Employer Relationship Manager, you will account manage a range of employers in line with our customer management procedure. Building relationships with local employers and identifying skills shortages to support training delivery, you will identify and secure referrals, vacancies, and Apprenticeship opportunities for their 18+ customers. Travelling to meet employers, colleges and Job Centre staff, the role involves cold calling and achieving agreed targets.
They are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to demonstrate success in building and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers. With previous success of having met and exceeded stretching targets in a sales role, you will respond positively to working to demanding targets.
With a knowledge of employment trends and a commercial awareness, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise. An enthusiastic attitude and a good team player, the successful candidate will have a flexible approach and be able to work across several offices when needed.
