Our client, the UK’s leading 24 hour Medical Repatriation Specialists, have a fantastic opportunity to join them as an Emergency Travel Agent / Consultant.
They specialise in emergency medical travel arrangements for injured persons overseas. The role involves using your expertise to ensure a feasible Itinerary is offered for travel within 12-24 hours of receiving the request for the injured passenger.
This position is hugely rewarding for those with the ability to work within a strong team that are at the top of their skill set, but also to use their own initiative and thrive with multiple challenges.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, Amadeus GDS (preferred) or equivalent GDS experience, highly motivated and be used to working in a busy environment. Must be able to work on their own initiative but also as part of a very strong dynamic team.
They work shifts which offers maximum downtime - The shift pattern is four “12” hour shifts followed by four days off.
The shift times are: Early
Late 2000 – 0800 (Normally work one bank of late shifts in three/ four once trained)
