Description

To develop and coach my clients sales team to create a high performing culture. The successful candidate will deliver sustainable and profitable sales growth by achieving targets. The successful candidate will also deliver the group sales strategy ensuring adherence to defined policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will also have to focus their effort and activity within and across the following defined areas:

1) Sales Targets

2) Manage Performance

3) Develop the team

4) Sales process

Profile

The successful candidate must:

  • Have previous experience of managing an external sales team
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a sales strategy
  • The ability to motivate a team
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Industry experience
  • Previous B2B field sales experience or at the very least internal B2B sales experience
  • Ownership of customer relationship
  • Penetration of nominated customers
  • Development of target customers
  • Valid UK driving licence
