AMBITIOUS HOTEL DIRECTOR OF SALES REQUIRED ASAP.
After a multi-million pound refurbishment within the hotel for both the bedroom and conference rooms this is the ideal opportunity for a passionate DIRECTOR OF SALES to join this well established and stunning property.
Given the very recent upgrade of the hotel you will be in the fortunate position of managing the sales strategy within a property where the facilities will sell themselves. The refurbishment is quite simply “breathe taking” with some of the latest state of the art facilities.
As the DIRECTOR OF SALES your will be tasked with:
Ensuring the revenue target for the property is achieved through a clear and structured sales and marketing plan.
To play a pivot role in the development and delivery of the hotels business plan.
Ensuring that you and your team enable revenue growth and the retention of clients by developing relationships with all current and prospect clients.
Demonstrating your own passion for sales by leading by example and in so doing ensuring you create a positive, supportive sales environment that is both competitive and fun.
What will some of you daily duties look like?
Attend and contribute to the monthly sales strategy meeting.
Update and own the sales strategy & sales win plan in conjunction with the GM.
Achieve personal KPI’s on monthly and quarterly basis
Run a monthly conversion day setting targets and reporting the outcome in coordination with the Sales Operation Manager.
Deliver set revenue growth against the customer accounts that you have be allocated
Research and profile local market clients and ensure they are targeted and measurable.
Carry out comprehensive competitor analysis for your property in order to be aware of future market risks and opportunities to capture market share.
Who should apply for this DIRECTOR OF SALES role?
Target driven, competitive and ambitious
A proven track record of developing and winning new MICE business
A history of accountant management and new account development
A strong understanding of the Meetings and Events market both locally and throughout the UK.
Experience of using Opera and Sales Force within the hotel / hospitality sector

A £35,000 plus a £4000 car allowance
