My client is the fastest growing technology platform that connects influencers from all over the world. Currently, they operates in over 70 markets and owns offices in Germany, USA, UK, Dubai, Singapore, South Africa and Poland. They cooperate with over 350,000 influencers and work with the biggest brands from the Fortune 500.

Since 2016 they have conducted more than 1200 campaigns for the world's largest brands (Coca-cola, McDonald`s, L’Oreal, Electrolux and many more) in 70 markets. They cooperates parallel with media houses and advertising agencies from around the world in order to carry out effective global campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Wanted: We are looking for a talented and highly organised Business Development Manager or Director to be based in either Dusseldorf, Munich or Cologne, who will be responsible for forging effective relationships with brands, media-, creative-, digital- and PR agencies. Someone who can provide Business Development service and ensure effective management.

You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance and strategic business development teams responsible for the business platform to the highest levels of clients and agencies in the FMCG, entertainment and many others segments.

Role Mission: Make the business a household name. Publicize their accessibility with brands and agencies.

Goal of this position: Maximize revenues from the agencies and clients falling within your customer list, while exceeding their targets. Support the sales team to hit company targets.
We are looking for BD professional who has:
Understanding of market targets and budgets, media industry and new business development
Proven track record of successfully pitching new businesses
Wide network in media industry
Ability to nourish fruitful relationships, and to set up meetings with decision makers within limited timeframe
Proven strategies and experience to attract clients successfully and the ability to negotiate to close business deals swiftly
Strong experience with digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)
Good Business Development/Sales experience in media/digital/creative agency
Excellent negotiation and organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

A character that we are looking for:
Has previously grown revenues at a media or marketing services business
Has relationships with marketers at major A-list brands
Is well-known and respected amongst the agency, advertising and marketing communities
Is an early adopter of social media and have a large following on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Has relentless need for achievement and internal fire burning inside that pushes to do more, to achieve more

Advise the business and our clients on the best technical solutions to achieve project goals, be responsible for scoping and output of technical project, and the management of technical resource

You will have

A proven ability to win and develop new business as part of a pitching team

Knowledge of trends, available solutions, and the ability to evaluate new technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and growth
Significant leadership, management, recruitment and strategic consulting abilities and experience
Experience of solution design and development across a range of technologies
Ambition, drive, and a passion for digital
The ability to work independently under your own initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
