About the Team:

The Affiliate Executive is part of the digital acquisition team reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager for paid media. The digital team is part of the commerce team at giffgaff.

The person will deliver the day to day affiliate responsibilities for SIM and handset with the opportunity to get involved in strategic areas.

Responsibilities:

-Build relationship with current top publishers and agencies

-Managing internally the supplier`s exposure and tenancy agreements in a timely manner

-Assessing new publisher opportunities

-Monitor performance and reporting for the end of month and daily figures

-Input on media planning and forecasting

-Ensure the feeds and other technical requirements are in place for the optimum channel performance

-Ensure the user journey for affiliates its optimal and optimised

-Liaise with creative agencies when required to deliver campaigns

-Approving publishers on the platform and deciding if the affiliate is a good fit for giffgaff

-Commission payment by raising POs at the start of each month.

-Ensuring the commission validations are on track in a monthly basis

-Communicate any commission changes to the agency and to ensure correct payments to affiliates.

-Support the Senior Marketing Manager and other team members in other activities across digital

-Opportunity to get involved on technical areas of digital and user journey.

-Liaise with handset teams to ensure we pushing the right proposition on the affiliate sites

Skills & experience:

-Experience working in the digital space or within affiliate arena

-Passion for digital marketing

-Analytical with a good understanding of numbers

-Reporting experience would be beneficial

-Stakeholder management skills

-Great organisation and time and deadlines management skills

-Team player with capacity to receive feedback from wide group of influencer

-A good understanding of affiliate marketing would be an advantage

-Marketing/ business degree would be an advantage

-Excel experience is desirable

Grade: MPG2
