Newsquest Media Group is looking for a dynamic and focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Solutions team. The role will report to the Head of Client services, and will focus on delivering an elite, best-in-class client experience for our customers; many of whom run sophisticated and complex marketing campaigns with us.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Oversee the on-boarding of all new clients & ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and according to best practices
Consult with clients on a regular basis on how best to leverage current & emerging online trends. Work with our product portfolio to meet the client’s business goals.
Deliver outstanding campaign management, retain customers, and identify further commercial opportunities.

The key activities of this role are to:
Work closely with the key account business development managers on creating effective marketing strategies
Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity, including creative development, ad operations and media buyers
Managing multi-integrated campaigns simultaneously across a portfolio of up to 50 clients
Manage & foster ongoing client relationships, with regular touch point
Support Sales on cross & up sells, as well as renewal & ad-hoc meetings providing in-depth analysis and recommendations

Strong, confident and articulate communicator; by phone, face to face and written. Able to simplify a complex situation and handle queries or complaints professionally and quickly to satisfactory resolution.
Solutions driven, yet compassionate towards others' opinions and advice.
Computer literate; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Office365 an advantage.
Empathetic and Trustworthy: naturally understanding to needs of a client; able to maintain the client’s confidence in our ability
Engaging and Respectful: naturally warm personality, able to build long-standing relationships with client base
Consultative: Able to partner with the client and sales teams to understand the marketing needs of the client from an advisory position
Preferably a graduate with a degree in one of the following disciplines:
Experience working successfully within a B2B/B2C customer retention environment
Client-facing experience essential (phone or face-to-face), preferably in an agency environment
Knowledgeable in PPC, SEO, Display, Facebook
Languages: Proficient in English
GAP & Blueprint accredited would be favourable
You must be eligible to work in the UK, and able to work full-time in our offices in Central London. Immediate start available.
